DFOI JS19 can’t connect two phones at the same time, and doesn’t support one.

2. Is my DFOI JS19 waterproof?

DFOI JS19 supports IPX4 life waterproofing. allowing you to easily deal with various scenes in your life, The headset can be IPX4 waterproof and the charging box is not waterproof.

3. Can I adjust the volume with DFOI JS19?

The headset itself cannot adjust the volume and needs to be adjusted by the phone.

4. Is my DFOI JS19 a two-channel headset?

DFOI JS19 uses the Raychem RTL8763BFR Bluetooth chip to support two-channel stereo.

5. 10 meters away from the phone, I can also control music through DFOI JS19, Call and other functions?

Yes, DFOI JS19 can be connected up to 10 meters in a barrier-free environment.

6. How do I see how much my DFOI JS19 are Electricity display?

Supports viewing the headset’s power on Apple and Android phones, and only shows the main headset’s power,Android part phone support.

7. Can my DFOI JS19 be connected to the Xiaomi bracelet or other Bluetooth bracelet?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
